Tim Houston told reporters “we’re committed to to strengthening the public system for sure. There won’t be a time under under my tenure as Premier where Nova Scotians need to use anything except their MSI card to pay for their health care. I’m not interested in Nova Scotians using their credit card to pay for health care.
