Annual General Meeting & Delegate Selection
Tuesday, October 9,2018
As a member in good standing of the Ontario PC Party, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection for the Ottawa West-Nepean Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 6:30 pm. Meeting begins at 7:00pm.
Where: Studio Theatre at Centerpointe, 101 Centerpointe Dr., Nepean, ON
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be conducting our Delegate Selection Meeting for the Party’s upcoming General Meeting and Election of Officers in Toronto, November 16-18, 2018.
Anyone with a valid membership as of August 1, 2018 is eligible to be a delegate for the 2018 Ontario PC Party Annual General Meeting.
