Annual General Meeting & Delegate Selection

As a member in good standing of the Ontario PC Party, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection for the Huron-Bruce Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 6:00 pm. Meeting begins at 7:30 pm
- Social Begins at 6:00 pm
- Dinner Begins at 6:30 pm
- Special Guest Speaker Lisa Thompson, MPP Huron Bruce, Minister of Education: 7:30 pm
- AGM starts at 7:45 pm.
Where: Sunset Golf Course, 33937 Golf Course Road, Goderich ON
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be conducting our Delegate Selection Meeting for the Party’s upcoming General Meeting and Election of Officers in Toronto, November 16-18, 2018.
A dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Dinner will include Lasagna, Salad, Buns and a Sweet Tray. If you have any special dietary requirements please specify when reserving your ticket.

Tickets are $20 per person. There is no cost to attend the Annual General meeting nor the Delegate Selection Meeting.
