We are thrilled and delighted that one of the world’s most preeminent and honoured historians will be our guest speaker. While biographies of Winston Churchill are numerous Mr. Roberts has had access to sources only recently available, including the Royal Archives at Windsor and the private papers of the Churchill family.

Mr. Roberts has spent nearly thirty years researching, writing and broadcasting extensively about both Churchill and the Second World War. Mr. Roberts has won the Wolfson Prize for History, is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature, the Lehrman Institute Distinguished Lecturer at the New-York Historical Society and the Roger and Martha Mertz Visiting Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.
