Annual General Meeting & Delegate Selection
Saturday, October 13, 2018
As a member of the Ontario PC Party, in good standing, you’re invited to attend the Delegate Selection for the Flamborough-Glanbrook Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 10:00 am. Meeting begins at 10:30 am.
Where: Copetown Community Centre, 1950 Governors Rd. Copetown, ON
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be conducting our Delegate Selection Meeting for the Party’s upcoming General Meeting and Election of Officers in Toronto, November 16-18, 2018.
Anyone with a valid membership as of August 1, 2018 is eligible to be a delegate for the 2018 Ontario PC Party Annual General Meeting.
