Annual General Meeting & Delegate Selection
Thursday, August 23, 2018
As a member of the Ontario PC Party in good standing, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection for the London-Fanshawe Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 6:00 pm. Meeting Begins at 6:30 pm
Where: Jalna Public Library, 1119 Jalna Blvd, London, ON N6E 3B3
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be conducting our Delegate Selection Meeting for the Party’s upcoming General Meeting and Election of Officers in Toronto, November 16-18, 2018.
Anyone with a valid membership at least fifteen (15) days prior to the AGM/DSM may register to vote or be elected as a delegate.
