As a member in good standing of the Ontario PC Party, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection Meeting for the Parkdale-High Park Ontario PC Association.
When: Wednesday, October 24, 2018
Registration opens at 6:30 pm. Meeting begins at 7:00 pm.
Where: Gin Mill Restaurant, 2202 Bloor Street West, Toronto (north side of Bloor Street West, just east of Runnymede Road – near the Runnymede TTC station)

Report from the President
Report from the Chief Financial Officer;
Report from the Membership Secretary;
Election of Officers and Directors (President, 5 Vice Presidents, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer, Membership Secretary; and up to 5 Directors);
Appointment of an Auditor
Election of Delegates and Alternates to the Ontario PC Party General Meeting in Toronto, Ontario – November 16-18, 2018

Anyone with a valid membership as of August 1, 2018 may register at the meeting to vote or to be elected as a delegate on behalf of the riding association.
