Annual General Meeting & Delegate Selection
Monday, October 22nd, 2018
As a member in good standing of the Ontario PC Party, you’re invited to attend the Annual General Meeting and Delegate Selection for the York South Weston Ontario PC Association.
When: Registration begins at 7:00 pm. Meeting begins at 7:30 pm
Where: York Civic Centre, 2700 Eglinton Ave W, Toronto ON
Why: In accordance with the Party constitution, this meeting is required for the purposes of electing Officers for the Riding’s Board of Directors. Reports from the President, CFO and Membership Chair will also be given. We will also be conducting our Delegate Selection Meeting for the Party’s upcoming General Meeting and Election of Officers in Toronto, November 16-18, 2018.
Anyone with a valid membership as of August 1st, 2018 may register to vote or be elected as a delegate.
